Questions

Who pays the subscription fee?
Whoever manages the place. The family and friends you invite don't need a plan, and Stayside doesn't charge them. If you set a nightly rate for their stays, that's between you and them.
Can more than one person handle billing?
Yes. Anyone you've made a manager of the place can pick a plan, switch between monthly and yearly, update the card, or cancel.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If no one picks a plan, the place pauses. Nobody can see its calendar or book a stay until a manager picks one. Everything stays saved, so it reopens just as you left it.
How do I cancel?
Any manager can cancel in Settings, under Plan & payments. The place stays open until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then it's paused. Refunds and cancellation
What if we share more than one home?
Each home is its own place with its own plan, so two homes are $14 a month. Each one gets its own 30-day trial.
